I have a fun DIY/Gift Idea for you!
It’s May and that means graduation month.
That means gifts for graduates.
This sweet treat tower could be used for lots of occasions……………………
BIRTHDAYS
FATHER’S DAY
VALENTINE’S DAY
THINKING OF YOU
NEW BABY CELEBRATION
aaaaaaannnnnnddd…………………………
and it would make a fun graduation gift for the senior students in your life!
One of the fun things about it is PeRSoNaLiZaTioN!!!!
Personalizing Steps:
1. Choose Your Gift Recipient
2. Figure out their favorite candy and pop/tea/beverage {you may know it, you may need to ask it or just make a best guess….probably can’t go too wrong}
3. Choose your colors for ribbons and plate/base/container
I made this tower for my brother as a combination Valentine and early birthday gift.
I’d seen an idea on Pinterest using the candy and pop. They had theirs formed to look more like a layered cake.
I pulled out some foam plates and bowls that I had to use to create my tower.
It wasn’t hard to know what candy and pop I wanted to use. My bro likes Diet Pepsi and he’s pretty crazy about any kind of Reese’s candy.
AND lollipops with bubblegum.
{Remember my Lollipop Bouquet?}
I gathered my supplies and started in to see what I could come up with.
I set my pop cans up for the bottom layer and added in the Reese cups. I took my tulle and wrapped it snugly around candy and pop, tying it up in a neat bow. Then I tucked in the lollipops.
I made the second layer the same. Just smaller. Obviously.
For the top of the tower I used a bowl and filled it with fun size Nutrageous.
Then I took tulle and slid it under my bottom layer and up the sides bringing it together in a bow on top!
I added a mini cupcake liner paper flower and was quite pleased with how it all came out.
Here’s my cast of characters for the tower………..

Who would you make one for and what candy and soda would you use? Tell me!

What a cute idea! I’d make this for my daughter…we both love Reese’s.
How fun! It’s hard to beat chocolate and peanut butter. 🙂 It really is easy and fun to put this together.
I see a ton of goodies I need to have. That’s adorable! Thanks for sharing this with us at the Dishing It & Digging It Link Party. I hope you made some new friends and had a good time. Have a great week!
Thank-you so much!!! 🙂
