It’s a recipe roundup!
Here are a few recipes that have been cooking in the farmhouse kitchen or have been coming to mind recently.
I added a recipe for Jalapeno Poppers to my Tuesday post from last week. I’ve made them several times. I find myself going in cycles with foods and recipes. I’ll get stuck on something and then I won’t think about it again for a while.
I tried the poppers earlier this summer and then we had jalapenos from our neighbors garden and made more poppers. They’ve been yummy. But, BACON.
I made lemonade several times this summer using this super-simple recipe.
And speaking of makingsomething/notmakingitforalongtime……..we thought about Chicken Mozzarella Salad this week and threw one together. It had been a long time and it was so tasty!
I made this Gluten Free Almond Honey Cake with Berries and it is delicious! The lemon gives it a very yummy flavor. I have some pretty pictures to post later.
I tried a gluten free Copycat Outback Bread recipe. I made Gluten Free Copycat Hawaiian Rolls a while back and really like them. I didn’t like the Outback as well, but it’s just my personal taste. The recipe has molasses in it and I’m not a fan of molasses. They were really pretty though!
It’s September and my mouth is starting to water for Pumpkin Pie!
We’ve had fresh peaches, so we fixed our family favorite Fresh Peach Dessert.
I posted the recipe for Savory Chicken Crescent Sandwiches. I kept thinking about them and so I made some over the weekend. Mmm.
I printed out this recipe for Five Ingredient Gluten Free Brownies to try sometime. It looks interesting.
I made Chocolate Chip Cookie Cupcakes last week for a friend, then promptly forgot to take them along to deliver! They’re tucked into my freezer for now.
We’ve been sipping hot drinks in the mornings. Our weather has been back and forth with cooler air and then heat and humidity again. It rained Friday evening and brought cool air and open windows over the weekend. I was pulling out a sweatshirt Saturday morning!
What’s been cooking in your kitchen? Have you tried any new recipes that have you excited?
I hope your week is wonderful!

The Haiwaiian rolls and the jalepeno poppers are going on my recipes to try out list for next week! Thanks for linking up with Country Fair Blog Party, you always give me new things to make and try and I always look for your link ups! Jan
