Here are ten of my favorite things I’ve either been WEARING… USING….DOING….READING…. or CRUSHING ON in February……
1. This shirt from Union 28 Marriage Apparel ~ He Captured My Heart. I won it in a giveaway over at Jenifer Metzger’s blog. Yay!!! So excited!
2. This blush letterboard from Letterfolk. I could own two or three in every color and size. Maybe not quite……but close! 😉 Even though I have no room for that many…..{or need}….other than it would be a fun collection!!
3. This paper and envelopes from Rifle Paper Co. Aren’t they so gorgeous?! I sent out some invitations using them and my mail carrier left a note in the mailbox about how pretty they were! Isn’t that fun? So, see? Pretty mail brightens a mail carrier’s day too! Gotta love it!
4. The #DIYHomePlanner. Yay! I love the colors and the artwork in this book. I love the inspiration for creating home and creating a home YOU love and finding your own style. {Go here to read more about it in this blogpost.} {Pre-order here.} {Pre-order bonuses here.}
5. This candle from Target. A friend introduced me to this brand and I’ve been loving them!
And 6. This Love sign a dear friend gifted me with this month. It’s been so fun to have it on my island!
7. Trying out gluten-free pizza dough from this cookbook. Gluten Free on a Shoe String Bakes Bread. We liked it. It was crisp and tasty! I don’t think you would guess it to be gluten-free if you didn’t know.
8. My Aspire & Aim Necklace from Creative Carmella. Last year my focus word was Steadfast and Carmella made me this necklace. 2018 finds me focusing on Aspire & Aim and I special ordered this necklace from Carmella. I was happy, happy when it arrived in my mailbox and I’m loving wearing it. Thank-you, Carmella!
9. Starting this study book ~ Conversation Peace. It’s been on my bookshelf for a while. I love the teacups on the cover. And it’s a good inspiration and conviction. Digging into the subject of our tongues and our words and how they lead to life or death.
10. Playing ping-pong……… When I was growing up, my parents had a ping-pong table in their basement and I loved playing the game with my dad. At some point after we kids were grown, my parents passed the ping-pong table on. Then a couple of Christmases ago, my dad bought another one for their basement and for the grandkids to play. Tucker really took to it and loved playing. This led to a table finding its way into our basement in January. I hadn’t played for years, but still very much enjoy it. It’s been fun!
I taught Conversation peace to our ladies some years back. All I can say is convicting is putting it mildly! WHEW, the Lord always whips the teachers first you know? Took me a butt whipping teaching that one. But I must say, it was such a good study that another one of our ladies decided to teach it again a few years later. Hugs and blessings, Cindy
It is such a good study, but yes….I don’t always love having my toes stomped on! Ha! 🙂
