I’m a homebody much, much, much of the time. I deeply love and appreciate cozy home.
Thus, I’m not a world traveler nor have ever aspired to become one. Still, I do have a list of places I’d love to visit and Israel is one of them.
On this note, I’m happy to announce………..
ToDaY, we’re looking inside the Holy Land Illustrated Bible.

This is a beautiful Bible edition with the visual addition of so many pictures and explanations of Biblical history and ancient days. It helps broaden the context and dig into a deeper understanding of customs and traditions. We are shaped by our Western culture and way of life and this Bible adds a perspective from the way of life in Israel and the east.

I truly appreciate all the pictures and the visual journey along with the text. It helps spark my imagination for visualizing the settings in the Bible accounts.
It’s not the same as actually visiting Israel, but it is a way to “see” it from half a world away.

I have never visited the Holy Land, but would love to go someday.
I would too!
I haven’t visited the Holy Land, but would love to. My husband loves archaeology, particularly archaeology of the Holy Land, so this would make an awesome Christmas gift for him!
Oh, it would make a very neat gift for him.
I have never visited the Holy Land. I enjoy history and would enjoy it from that perspective but from a spiritual perspective I do not feel a deep need to visit. I would enjoy this Bible and I think my husband would also, he is a very visual learner.
This Bible has many neat details.
I’ve always thought visiting the Holy Land would really bring a real life visual to Scripture. 🙂
I would sooo love to visit the Holy Land with a church group.
