Hooray! I managed to get another set of coasters finished.
This has been a fun knit because when you do work on them, they come together fairly quickly and you soon have the satisfaction of a completed project.

I also took several pictures of them.
This set is going into a gift for a friend and I want to make at least one more set.
I also saw a new pattern for a really cute leaf recently and it is tempting me to make leaves again!!

Both of these books have placed themselves on my favorite-reads-this-year list!
Tim Tebow’s new book Shaken comes out next week. You can pre-order it now. I have an ARC copy of it. I like reading books that tell people’s stories and the challenges they have worked through or the dreams they have pursued.
A few years ago, I read Playing with Purpose: Tim Tebow and really enjoyed it. I’m looking forward to Shaken.

They have the dearest swaddles for babies. We have a new niece or nephew due next year and I’m planning to shop Modern Burlap for this wee one.
They also have these great reversible throws. The one on my chair is from there. I actually won a giveaway from Modern Burlap back in the summer and was completely thrilled!
Recently, a friend told me how much she liked Mrs. Meyer’s dish soap and how good it smells. I’ve had some Mrs. Meyer’s products in the past, but it’s been a long time and I’ve never used the dish soap.
I thought it sounded fun to try it.
THEN, this week another friend left a gift bag at my house one evening and look what was in it?!
Mrs. Meyer’s dishsoap! How fun is that?!
I’m looking forward to washing dishes! 🙂 🙂 It DOES smell really good.
My friend who gifted me said she really, really likes this dish soap, too. We both agreed that it’s fun to gift items we love to others and share the joy!

The light was streaming in the window the other morning and looking simply glorious shining on my glittered pumpkins!
My Bible study has focused some on people who are refreshers and has had me thinking about that a good bit.
1 Corinthians 16:17-18
I was glad when Stephanas, Fortunatus, and Achaicus arrived, because they have supplied what was lacking from you. For they refreshed my spirit and yours also. Such men deserve recognition.
Who can we thank today in our lives for the encouragement and refreshing they bring? This is gift indeed!
