People want true.
People desire true.
True happiness. Someone they can trust. True fulfillment. Peace and freedom.
People search for true.
We get tricked into believing false is true and more is happiness and our desires attained is fulfillment.
“True” can become obscure, hidden by all the brush and bramble that’s blown our way.
People admire true.
True leaders. Steadfastness in belief. Honesty and compassion. Integrity.
Does my life bleed forth truth?
God always knows best. His word. His way. It is truth and it is life.
His plan? His commands?
They are always for our best, for our good. Set up, that if we follow in them and in His way and truth, they are life. Set up to bless us and protect us and never to harm us.
Evil brings destruction and lies and there’s nothing true about it, when the veneer of what may look true is peeled away. Underneath it is ugly and horrible and hurtful.
God is our faithful and true.
Fulfillment.
Happiness.
Always.
John 17:3
Now this is eternal life: that they know you, the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom you have sent.
Philippians 4:8
Finally, brothers and sisters, whatever is true, whatever is noble, whatever is right, whatever is pure, whatever is lovely, whatever is admirableβif anything is excellent or praiseworthyβthink about such things.

“We get tricked into believing false is true” . . . my husband and I were talking just this morning about all the false/biased information kids are learning in school and college, related to politics in this conversation, but also creation/evolution, religion, etc. Sometimes it seems like what is True is completely lost. I am so thankful I know without a doubt that there is Truth and one true God. May our lives “bleed” this! {Stopping by from FMF.}
Thanks for coming by. Satan is a great deceiver and he’s very good at twisting truth or questioning truth. A Bible study I did one time pointed at how he didn’t blatantly challenge what God had told Adam and Eve in the garden, he simply questioned Eve with “Did God really say?”

I love that Philippians verse!! So true and easily applied to so many circumstances.
I like that verse too. There is a lot of meat in it and quite a challenge!
