Matthew was doing a few chores and checking cattle for his brother whoΒ was gone for a few days. I rode along and I took my camera along, as I rode along, and thus, along the way, at one of our stops I took some pictures of some of the cows.
It was just a gorgeous day! One of those kind that says, “Embrace today!” EVEN if you wake up rather tired and stiff and sore and not ready to run any races.
Some days are just so marvelous to be alive.
I think it points to the perfection of our God. Every day really IS a good day. BUT when it is sunny and still and warm and the sky is the perfect tint of azure and the sun is beaming down brightly, it just makes everything a bit {or a bunch} better!
It just makes this feeling bubble up inside that proclaims, “This is the day!”
And it makes you so, so happy to go out on your dirt road and take a walk and soak it all in.
So, I took some pictures of some cows and I took a picture of a rather cool Peterbilt and I found a couple of other pictures I wanted to toss in the mix as well.
My kiddos and the birthday place settings from their birthday days!
And I sat down at my computer and clicked here and then over there and I uploaded and inserted pictures and I clicked away on my keyboard to say some words and to bring you this post on this oh-so-lovely day!
