Rose City Chocolate Tea Giveaway From Winterwoods Tea Company

 Valentine’s Day approaches bringing thoughts of chocolates and roses. 🙂

Winterwoods Tea Company from Spokane, WA has combined the two in this lovely handcrafted tea blend. How fun is that?!

Their bag proclaims from Farm to Teacup.

And, TODAY, we have a giveaway for a bag of their Rose City Chocolate blend!

LOOK at the tea! Isn’t it gorgeous? When I tore open the top of my tea package and peered inside, I was delighted with the tiny rosebuds nestled  in the blend.

I’ve had tea from the Winterwoods tea company tucked into my drawer for a good while. I can’t remember when I first ordered. I tried one of their sampler packages.

The Peach Tea and the Huckleberry Tea soon became favorites of mine.

I was quite happy to get to try their Rose City Chocolate.

“A decadent and relaxing blend with a hint of rich chocolate.”

Mmmmm!!

The ingredients are ~ organic rooibos, organic honeybush, organic raw cocoa nibs, organic rose petals, organic rose hips, pure extract ~

Recommended brewing is as follows ~

1 heaping tsp to 8 oz of water at 212 F {just below boiling}

Steep 4-6 minutes.

This package will make approximately 25-30 cups of tea.

I steeped some the other evening and enjoyed the fragrant mix of flavors.

A friend introduced me to roobios tea about a year ago and I really like it.

It’s pretty hard to beat a pretty teaparty!

    I love black tea, and drink it iced most days. I do get a special blend from a tea room to drink hot. I like to have tea in the afternoons.

    I do have a favorite tea, my friend makes this delicious pomegranate and honey tea that I simply can’t get enough of but she won’t give me the recipe, so I keep on coming to her house to have a cup when I crave it 😀

    I tend to favor herbal teas with licorice or hibiscus. I had a fantastic rose lemonade one from Kew Gardens.
