War Room.
Go watch it.
Take Kleenex.
Beautiful, awesome, powerful message.
Jesus and prayer intertwined throughout it all. Playing in theaters in America! Go support it.
And I love the faces of law and grace portrayed in it.
We need to stand in the gap for our country. We need to fight back against the devil and fight for our marriages and our families.
I want to continue to grow as a prayer warrior. Oh, yes I do!
My flowerpots are starting to look like the end of summer. They are very much starting to scream “Cared for by Deborah!” instead of “Cared for by the greenhouse!” like they proclaimed at the beginning of summer.
Super-duper fun gift package that arrived at my house last week.
That sign ALMOST makes me ready to let go of summer and start embracing fall.
I love spread out birthdays! In my book, belated simply means the celebration lingers longer!! Woohoo!
I was poking around my blog and came across this old post of a belated birthday package several years ago. It was super fun, too and I was glad to remember it.
I did change up some decor and get a few fall things out. The temps were mostly lovely last week and I had the windows open a good bit. It just had a late-summer time/fall approaching feel.
Can you hear me exclaiming through the screen? My man surprised me last week with hardware for my garage doors!! Happy dance. In love. With both. Him and doors.
I still smile every time I spy them.
My kiddos are back! They had a really wonderful time with grandparents and cousins and aunt and uncles. I’m so glad they could go. We had a good week, too. It flew right along. I had something going on every day until Thursday.
I had my MRI on Monday. It went well. It was easy. I just had to lie still. Doc called me with results on Wednesday. He said my back looks great, except I have one protruding disc AND there is a fragment that is loose and moves in there. It is the culprit that keeps bothering the nerve and why I can’t seem to get better. Looks like I will be having an appointment with another doctor to see what he thinks. Thanks for praying!
We are nearing the end of irrigation system and we are happy that it is drawing to a close. There have been way too many stuck systems and digging and muddy mess this year.
Time to start back to school. I’m not really ready.
Blessed new week!! Happy end of August and beginning of September!!

So fun having the kiddos here! It was a busy, boisterous, fun-filled week. And I know someone else who isn’t ready for school to start. He said that was the thing that made him not ready to be home, knowing he’d have to get back to the books! Praying for healing for your back and wisdom for the doctors. Wanting to see War Room sometime.
I’m still so glad they could come and visit you!
War Room is so good.
