It’s the first day of July!
Girlfriends, if we’re not careful, summer is going to sneak away on us!
Other GOOD news that has me happy for now! I felt really good yesterday! I’ve been hurting a good bit again and yesterday, my pain levels were low. I continue to be amazed at how much easier EVERY. SINGLE. THING. I go to do is, when I don’t hurt.
So grateful for every good day.
Here’s our outfit for this week.
This white tank I picked up at a garage sale and I am loving it! So glad I did buy it. I’m a little skeptical at garage sales, since I can’t try things on. And even if the price tag is very minimal, I don’t always want to invest.
This was a win!
I layered the tank, lightweight shirt and sweater. This gray sweater is also a favorite of mine in spring and summer.
If we are in air conditioned buildings, I get cool sometimes. This sweater is just right. Short sleeved and lightweight. It goes with a lot of stuff and I am GLAD to have it in my wardrobe!
I grabbed one of my Lilla headbands and let it double as a necklace for me with this outfit.
My Rainbow Cluster Flexi added some color for my hair and I was good to go! {You can find the Rainbow Cluster here.}
AND….our flexi giveaway is a cluster flexi, just in different colors! It’s a retired style.

We have traveled to see family several times this summer. I hope we get to relax in July!
I love to have some lazy summer days! 🙂
I loved your outfit. We are staying busy with reading program, church and family get togethers. A new baby means no trips this year.
Thank-you!
My kiddos enjoyed the summer reading program at the library when they were smaller. My daughter still does the one they offer for teens.
Enjoy your baby cuddles!
We have a lot of birthdays during the summer so, we plan on a lot of parties!
That sounds fun!
Thank you for joining us at Thoughts of Home!
We are glad you are here.
Thank-you, as always, Laura!
You look fabulous! I love the way you coordinated your top with the hair clip. 🙂
Thanks so much for joining Thoughts of Home on Thursday. Have a wonderful weekend!
Thank-you, Stacey! Our weekend was a good one. I hope yours was too!
I plan on baking and reading lots 🙂
Two of my favorites! Enjoy!!
I’m going to the beach and pool a lot! At least those are my plans! 😉
Good plans!
We can’t wait to spend a week at the cottage with the family
Sounds very fun!
My kids and I are t gonna hang out together, hopefully going swimming every chance we get. Love your outfit, thanks for the giveaway!
Sounds like a terrific plan! Especially the swimming part. 🙂
Thank-you for your sweet words.
And you have a beautiful name! 😉 And spelled so well! 🙂 🙂
I am going to the lake some this summer. I am sure we will do more fun things like go to the local water park.
Swimming is one of my favorites!
We are going on vacation to the Jersey shore and my niece just had a new baby boy.
Two very exciting and happy events!
Well hopefully this summer we go on a day trip for my birthday, but mostly just relax.
Relaxing summer days are some of the best kind!
we’re doing a lot of swimming to justify the amount of money we spent on a family pass to a local water park
Sounds like a great plan!
We are moving into a new house next month and we are all super excited about it! 🙂 We also plan on doing the usual swimming, grilling, and camping this Summer!
May your move be blessed and go very smoothly! Happy settling in.
And enjoy your other summer activities. Swimming and grilling are two of my favorites.
Not me but our 20 year old daughter is in Alaska right now with my IL’s. 🙂
Oh, how fun! It will be exciting to hear about her trip.
We took the whole family to Branson and the rest of the summer my husband and I plan on going to flea markets.
Sounds like lots of fun!
I’m going sailing next week.
Hip-Hooray! Sounds awesome!
The only sailing I’ve done {and will do} this summer is on a combine through a golden wheat field. 🙂
Went kayaking with the family several times for the first time and loved it!
That sounds like a fun adventure!!
I’m not doing much – watching my tomatoes and flowers grow. 🙂
Sounds lovely! Relaxing summer days are a blessing.
We have bought a house and are moving. It’s a lot of work but still a lot of fun.
It is a lot of work, but it is exciting!
When we moved in 2012, one thing I really liked was that it made us go through everything and sort and get rid of stuff. 🙂
Some fun things I am doing this summer are simple things! I am getting out more and enjoying the pretty weather! Love to see all the lovely birds. Walk my dog! Enjoying the days!
Simple things are some of my very favorite things! May you enjoy each moment.
We plan on going to the Grand Canyon this summer.
Enjoy your trip!
I visited my brother in the North GA mountains.
Sounds lovely!
Gardening:) making mermaid tail blankets for my granddaughters. Thank you for this chance.
I’ve seen the mermaid tail blankets at craft shows and online and they are so adorable!
Ive spent more time with my nieces. At the end of this month Im taking my sister and nieces to the California State Fair in Sacramento. I know that will be really fun so Im excited about that. Thank you for the chance 🙂
That sounds like a very exciting adventure! I wish you the best time!
