More girl talk about clothes!
THIS red and white flowered sweater with big, red buttons. It’s all the things to love! I’ve had it in my closet/wardrobe for a long time.
Now, technically, I’m not sure it quite fits into my “colors”, but I love it anyway! 🙂
{You can find my story about my outing with my sister and my color appointment over in this post.}
Look! I love photos like this. I like how sometimes the camera can focus on the foreground, but sometimes it catches the background instead!
I paired this sweater with a comfy Lands’ End long-sleeve tee and a favorite denim jean skirt. This one is from Dress Barn, but I also like to shop Cato and Style J for denim skirts.
And red socks….I just ran out in my socks to snap these quick-like! 🙂
Speaking of socks, I need new ones. Do you have a favorite brand of socks? Or a favorite store to get them?
My sock drawer needs a major going-through and discarding and sorting!!
Some of my favorite socks came from Gymboree a LOOOONNNGGG time ago. I need to go look there online. {Yes, I know it’s kid stuff, but I can wear their largest size of socks and I have loved them.}
This flexi has quickly become a favorite. I find myself reaching for it. I like the red really well and I like the design.
It’s called Regina and you can find it here.
I just pulled a bit of my hair back on one side and twisted it a little and tucked it into this favorite flexi!
Best Friday to you all!

Cute and springy! I love red so much and you don’t actually find red clothes that often these days. It’s a color that makes everybody look pretty, I think.
Thanks so much for your sweet comment at Poofing the Pillows. I was thrilled to share Suzanne’s home tour this past week. I’ll make sure Suzanne sees your sweet comment. 🙂
Thank-YOU for stopping by! 🙂 I like home tours. Too many fun blogs and blog posts…never enough time!!
I saw your post and was like, “Wow”. You look great in red (even if it’s not in your colors)!
Thank-you! Very kind of you. 🙂 I really love this sweater!
