I saw this idea on Pinterest around the fourth of July. Someone had used red, white and blue sprinkles and created festive ice cream sandwiches.
I thought it was fantastically fun!
The blogger who posted them had actually made ice cream sandwich pops. You can find her post here.
We were having some friends over one evening, so I started out from this idea and put a different spin on it.
I had multi-colored sprinkles that looked very cheery and summery.
I picked up a pack of mini ice cream sandwiches and I dipped all the edges in sprinkles for flair!
It didn’t take long and was easy and I love the look of it. Very bright and happy!
In the spring you could use pastels. You could use the confetti dots sprinkles. You could do the large colored sugar. Possibilities abound!!
I love simple ideas that add pizzazz!
Tell me ~ do you have a pizzazzy, sparkly, easy-peasy idea that you love?
May your Monday sparkle and shine! π {And perhaps have some ice cream in it.}
