Here we go a’drillin’ wheat down in the worked-up ground…
Hello to helping cut some beans and then hopping into more wheat drilling prep and starting to cultivate and to drill~
Hello to carrot harvest! Tucker helped Grandma dig carrots and she sent a bunch home with him. Aren’t they so pretty? I love the beauty of fresh produce. I’m not a tried and true gardener, but the bounty from a garden has such splendor in it.
Hello salsa! I’ve never made it before. My sister-in-law and I used more tomatoes from her garden and made it batch. I wonder how many tomatoes have come off her plants this year?! Quite a few!
It was fun. I enjoyed making it. And it’s yummy! And I always, always love the look of home canned jars of food.
THIS!!!
Fun to get out again. NOT ready for winter, but loving the cool, crisp autumn feel outside.
Hello to my favorite mugs. They make me happy. They are such a good reminder of the qualities I want growing in the garden of my soul.
{And if you remember I AM quirky about drinking glasses.}
I so embrace the saying:
Have in your home things you USE or LOVE.
And speaking of things I love, go over here to enter my Fall Favorites Giveaway! It ends this week.

Thank-you so much for coming by and for your fun and encouraging comments!
I have been quite happy to have my camera lens again! 🙂 The salsa did turn out well. My sis-in-law and I both liked it. We were glad because we weren’t exactly sure how it might come out!
That’s so disappointing to miss a photo opportunity, know the feeling! All these photos you did get & posted here look great though! Bran muffins sound delish right now!

I end up with too many photos to sort through and back up anyway, so I guess I shouldn’t care too much! But still…
The weather has definitely made me think, soup and muffins and pumpkin and apple recipes!
