These cookies are a fun chocolate-chip variation. And they have a LOT of chocolate in them. Perfect for fallish type weather approaching. Cooler days and chilly evenings make the heat of the oven and the smell of fresh baked cookies sound oh-so-delishio!
They have chocolate chips in them AND they have grated chocolate. Thus, Gourmet Chocolate Chip Cookies!
My long, long time favorite chocolate chip cookie recipe is over here ~ Chocolate Chunkers. But I really like these too and like to make them every so often.
Find more cookie recipes over here in our Cookie category. Cookies are one of my favorite desserts. BUT, I am a bit picky and choosy about what ones I like. Not all cookies are created equal.
Our local Dillons has these awesome, soft-top, lemon cookies that are thick and fat and soft and chewy. Just so good. Mmmm.
And I totally love these Reese’s Pieces Cookies from over at Lil’ Luna.
