Linking up at Theme Thursdays today over at California to Korea! It is a photography link-up.
I thought I’d join in even before this, but haven’t had the time.
This week’s theme is Closeups.
I brought these pears home from the grocery, thinking how pretty they were and what awesome fall decor they would make.
I really enjoyed having them on my table.
The afternoon light caught my eye and I picked up my camera to take pictures of them!
Pretty tablescapes or lovely inanimate object set-ups are some of my favorite photography subjects! I do love taking farm pictures in the field, too. Especially during harvest.

ACK! Totally forgot today was Theme Thursday! And I’ve already posted a recipe and I’m about to head out the door. Oh well, maybe next week!
Love your pears. All of your pictures are always so pretty!
I was going to post a couple of weeks ago for the silhouettes and forgot and then ran out of time!
This is surely the refrain………… So much to blog….so little time!! 🙂
Wow, that is a gorgeously decorated table!
Thank-you! That’s very sweet of you. 🙂
The burr-oak acorns came from my sister-in-law’s tree. I think they are so fun!
A delightful mix- I love the antique hinge and those pumpkins are some of my favorite type of candy.
Thank-you!
I loved candy corn and the pumpkins when I was a kid. Now I like the looks of them better than eating them. 🙂
Those pears ARE gorgeous! Thanks for linking up and sharing your talents with us!
