I posted a bit back about a party I had for my sister-in-law. It got me to thinking about how much fun it is to have a party now and then and how much fun it is to go to one now and then and it got me thinking about some parties past and that it would be fun to preserve some of those memories here and it also, apparently, made me use long, run-on sentences.
I dug around a bit and came up with these pictures from a mother-daughter Valentine party we hosted when my daughter was little. {Though she seemed big then!}
We made cut out cookies to serve and fixed up plates to send home with our guests.
Table set……and a peek into our old dining room!
I’ve long loved the color red. I didn’t always like pink, but I love it now. I’ve always liked Valentine’s Day and I think it is partly because of the reds and pinks!
Place setting….little teacup from the tea set my grandma gave Renae one year for Christmas.
Fresh flowers! Love them every time!
Chocolates in red and pink ~
Time flies………………..
Yes, I like pitchers!!!
Chocolate puddings in individual sherbet dishes….
Party Past! Good memories!

I loved that table setup! Still love it! So pretty and fun. And Renae! Oh my word but she was little! She makes me think of Becca in these pics!
