Another week!
I found these bamboo clothespins at World Market. I’m excited to give them a try. Most likely not until next spring, though we do keep having really, really pretty days.
We made cornmeal rolls in the shape of acorns and leaves. They turned a little wonky when they raised, but were fun just the same.
Hello to That Kitty!
We had rain! We are so grateful for every drop. Our wheat has been thirsty. It was a cozy, cuddly day. Although that evening R&T went to a local campout and stayed all night with friends. The rain had cleared out and it was damp and drippy and Saturday morning dawned cloudy, but then turned into an absolutely beautiful, sunshine-y, autumn day.
We continued with project-clean-up at the farm last week. Sorting and getting rid of iron and re-arranging.
Getting close to 100 Memoir Monday posts! I’ve tossed around some thought and ideas, wondering if it’s time for something new on Mondays. I haven’t just hit on anything yet, and I do enjoy taking pictures of the details and recording our life and I really like reading back through my old posts. Lots of details in them that I forget!
