As I upload these pictures and peck away at my keyboard, I am listening to the sound of shingles being laid on the garage roof. It sounds good!
My husband is definitely needing to find a stopping point for the time being and move on to some of his projects for the farm. It will soon be the middle of April. Life always goes quickly, but for me, having a big project thrown into the mix amped up the speed significantly!
A few pics of the sheeting etc. on the garage roof! It keeps changing, Dad and Mother!
I’m thinking that a Peterbilt makes a pretty good yard ornament for a farm! Do you agree? Can you tell that almost 15 years of being a farmwife has had its influence on me?! That’s a whole blog post of its own-the way we grow and influence each other in a marriage. IF, I find the time I may have to see what grows from that idea!!
What makes time fly for you?
Wow! It’s looking great!
And spending time in front of the computer makes time fly for me!
I agree very heartily that time flies when spent at the computer! It’s so easy to go check this and do this and read this…
It’s looking lovely–what a gorgeous porch you will have!
I’ve always loved porches and am super excited to have one!
This week is flying along for me because of this garage sale! we have over 60 people bringing stuff and we are doing household this year too. And our tent blew down today 🙁 Not likeing the wind one bit 🙁 it bent the middle top poles of the tent some – hoping i isn’t beyond using. A tent stake caught in the small fence beside the barn and kept the tent from being completely gone. Thankful for that. T said he would get different stakes and but it back up tonight and it would be guaranteed to stay put. hope he is right.
love seeing how your house is coming! it looks great. and you could always call that siding company back – I’m sure they’d be delighted to come put the siding on for you after all!!!! LOL!
Hopefully I can get some pics of the garage sale this year for a blog post and show you what I’ve been up to!!!
It is looking good! By the way, that is one BIG garage!! LOL!!! So good to keep updated by your pictures. Thanks. Time flies faster for me the older I get.
