What have YOU been pulling out of your wardrobe?

This sweater is fairly new to me. I am smitten with it. I have a thing for a good, cozy sweater!

Within this last year, I finally connected some dots. I’ve always been drawn to sweaters and knitted type items. When I came across Yarn Along at the blog Small Things, I loved the link up! So many beautiful items and projects. I’ve really enjoyed linking up and it inspired me to pull my knitting out much more often.

Slowly, it dawned on me that I’ve always had this love for the look of yarn.

I loved baby sweaters that were knitted. I adored sweater dresses for my daughter. She had several as she grew up. I liked the look of crocheted or knitted afghans. I was always drawn to them. Cable knit sweaters always got a lingering look when flipping through magazine pages and I would find myself fingering sweaters as they sat in their stacks on the store shelf.

It is fun to become aware of the details in life we are drawn too!

Do you like sweaters or are they just not-so-much your thing?

I was headed out the door when my dearie daughter snapped these pictures, so I thought I’d show you this jacket/coat of mine.

I’ve had it for a long, long time and it’s one of those items I’m so delighted I bought and so delighted to have hanging in my closet!

It’s just right to add another layer that isn’t bulky on the days that are chilly, but not cold enough to make me reach for my winter coat.

I’ve also been very happy to have this white vest in my wardrobe. It is versatile! You can see it in this post and in this post and it is obviously versatile, because that’s how I described it in those posts! 🙂 🙂

I do not remember the name of the company that this silver loopy necklace came from. I found it from a friend online. She was a consultant for the company and was clearing out some of her inventory. I don’t wear it a lot, but I do really like it!

I DO KNOW where my hairclip came from! I’m sure you find that hard to believe!! 😉

One of my Lilla Rose loves! We don’t have this exact tiara flexi anymore, but you can find the Tiara Crystal here. I like the tiara centerpiece.

My clip is a mini. My hair isn’t very thick, so I use the mini when I pull back just part of it.
