Making me happy right now…………this shelf of color and artwork and a photo canvas and memories and favorites!
You know I love books and pictures and bright, happy colors and creativity and this shelf is holding it all at the moment! Yay! 🙂
The stack of books are Thornton W. Burgess’ books weaving tales about Blacky the Crow and Reddy Fox and Peter Cottontail and Jimmy Skunk and Sammy Jay. I loved these stories when I was a child and loved sharing the adventures and misadventures and lessons of life with my own two littles.
The artwork is the original art from my niece of the sticker sheets she designed and drew at my request to celebrate and commemorate Renae’s graduation. I was honored and delighted when she gifted this to us. And I still love the sticker sheets so, so much! {You’ll find a photo of them in this post.} {And visit my niece’s shop here on Etsy!}
The gumball machine was a Christmas gift to my daughter one year and I’ve loved the bright spot it adds. The red of the machine and the rainbow of the gumballs.
And the canvas!!! Canvas Factory offered me a canvas to review and it didn’t take me long to know what photo I wanted printed. I love these photos of Renae with balloons at her graduation. Once again, I love the sunshiney yellows and the memories the picture shouts about and the story the photo speaks of as well. It tells of goals accomplished and turning to the next phase and of dreaming dreams and living life with open arms, embracing the moments and celebrating the little and big things!

Canvas Factory is sharing a GiVeaWaY with us as well! Come and enter below!
Here’s a picture of the side of the canvas to give you a peek at the edge and depth. I ordered a 12″ x 18″ canvas and I really like the size for this photo. This is my third canvas from Canvas Factory and I’ve been very pleased with them all. I think canvases are a splendid way to display pictures and love the look and texture of them.
{You’ll find one of my Canvas Factory canvases in this post and the other one in this post.}

I don’t have a photo canvas yet, but really want to get one and see what they are like. I would choose a photo of my son and I together for sure, but I’m not sure which one I would pick yet.
I have a few I would need to choose from, definitely a family photo.
