Yummy!! Yummy, yummy, yummy!
If you like blueberries and if you like to bake and if you want my opinion….
you need to make these Blueberry Rolls!
As soon as I saw the recipe, I was intrigued and knew I would be making it. I enjoy working with yeast dough, I enjoy making cinnamon rolls, and I enjoy trying new recipes.
They were fabulous! If I can say that about my own cooking? I think I can since it wasn’t an original recipe from me. I love breads warm and fresh from the oven and these were no exception! The lemon juice adds a lovely flavor. Oh, and if you forget to sprinkle the first half with cinnamon, it really will be just fine. If you want to add in more blueberries to the sauce, you could do that too.
I did double the glaze. I tend to like a fair amount of frosting on sweet rolls. My husband doesn’t like too much and is happy if there isn’t any. He ate these just like I made them and gave them an a-ok review, so apparently the frosting wasn’t too heavy!
They were so yummy, I thought they deserved their own post. I almost included them in the Hello Monday post, but decided to honor them alone!
Make them soon. Your taste buds and tummy will thank you. (Unless you don’t like blueberries. Then they might not.)
It would be fun to try raspberry, peach, and blackberry. The possibilities reign!
*I so enjoy taking pictures of food. You can get some yummy shots and make it look lovely and no one can see the mess that is on either side and on the counter and in the sink! How tricky!

Oh.my.YUM! Alas, I am the only one in my family who likes blueberries and that makes me sad because I really, REALLY like blueberries. Guess I’ll have to figure out an event or something to make & take these to. I’ve only done cinnamon rolls once or twice, I think.
