Today, ADG comrades, we have a brightly colored children’s devotional waving hello!
And look below! There’s a giveaway to enter!!! Cartwheels and whoop-de-doops!
I had fun flipping through the review copy of Roar Like a Lion and snapping a few flatlay photos of it for this post.
I’ll be sharing more photos inside on my IG stories this week if you’d like to follow along.
Each of the ninety devotionals is a two-page spread. They’re formatted with bright artwork and a short Scripture and reference under the picture. There’s also an insert for each day with one of two options.
One pictures a lion and is titled Get Ready to Roar. It gives ideas and thoughts on life and feelings and actions.
The other one pictures an elephant and asks Did You Know? It then shares a story or interesting fact.
Each day ends with a short prayer.
It’s a lovely compilation. It teaches virtues and values. It asks questions to ponder and consider. The promises of God are remembered. Real-life, hard situations, and choices are the premises for some of the days.
It’s not too long, yet brings lessons and stories to teach in a thoughtful, engaging way.
You can purchase copies here if you want to gift them or add to your collection.

MY three favorite things about the Autumn months are , it helps me to start slowing down which gives me more focus on my personal growth. I love being able to watch the leaves change over time as I do and the smell of the earth changing tones.

My three favorite things about autumn are cooler days, changing leaves, and apple season.
