When an email crossed my desk offering an invitation to review the SRT Notetaking Bible and point people to a fantastic five-volume giveaway, I quickly read it and re-read it, and promptly filled out my information to join. In 2017, I held this review and giveaway for the SRT Bible and it’s still a favorite in my collection. It’s been almost ten years ago! Impossible. These Bible tabs made a lovely addition to the Bible. I loved them then and still love them now. This Bible was a hardcover edition and I later added a SRT Bible in the champagne leathertouch to my shelves. Both are lovely. They now offer a premium calfskin handcrafted edition in two colors.
Fantastic Features found in the SRT Notetaking Bible ~
- Inductive layout with generous spacing
- Spiral-bound, lay-flat binding
- Wide margins for journaling and notetaking
- Updated Illustrated key verses
- Full-color timelines, maps, and charts
- Detailed book introductions and outlines
- Reading logs for each book

The spiral bound notetaking Bible comes in five editions ~ Pentateuch, Historical Books, Wisdom & Poetry, Prophets, and New Testament. The Wisdom & Poetry and the Pentateuch pique my interest.
I like this idea for a set and I like the array of colors together. They would look so great all lined up on a bookshelf. {Why, yes, I do love all-things-books and all the delightful details from binding to page edges and feel.}
I received the New Testament and it’s a hefty book. I do love the hard cover and the spiral binding for flatlay opening when highlighting or adding notes in the margin. The books are separated by artwork pages and each New Testament book has an outline page. Size wise, this edition is fantastic at a desk. It would be a little harder to sit in a favorite comfy chair or couch and work in it. Certainly doable, but not as easy. The hardcovers in that case do act a bit as a lap desk, which is nice and handy.
There is a reading log in the front of the Bible with lines to record your dates of study. I think this Bible version could be great to work through in a year if you’re looking for a fresh format.
