This week in Kansas we are supposed to have that near-perfect weather most of the week! Temps around 75 and beautiful, big, blue sky!! I love it! It’s so beautiful.

We popped potatoes in the oven to bake this morning and made Chicken Potato Topper to go over them. It was delicious!
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
Instructions
Whip butter. Add honey and cinnamon and mix well.
Slather on bread and enjoy!!

Deborah, honey butter is something that has just slipped my mind in recent years. Thanks for the reminder! I first had honey butter in a unique restaurant in northern Michigan years ago. Popovers served with honey butter was their signature dish. I’m really careful about sourcing my honey – have you heard about the widespread adulterated honey problem? If not, be sure to look it up. I like your addition of cinnamon.
