I love the simplicity of the pattern, because it doesn’t require a lot of mental effort.

It’s been a long time since I read the Anne books. I want to get Anne of Ingleside and re-read it, too.

I always loved the antics of Davey in Anne of Avonlea.

I need to knit up some new dishcloths too, but I want to get through my stash first, which is full of lovely yarn not suitable for hard-working dishcloths. I’m using the same pattern though- I think this is going to be a pillow cover.
