When I was young, I had my dad’s original set of Bobbsey Twins…I LOVED them! Wish I still had them. Sometimes its fun to revisit an old favorite!

I love Little Lord Fauntleroy by Frances Hodges Burnett.

I’m not sure I’ve read Louisa Mae Alcott’s Eight Cousins. If I have, it’s been years ago. How neat to visit her home! We have Little Women on an audiobook and my children have listened to it so many times. 🙂

I read childrens books pretty frequently, as I’m a teacher…but when people ask me what my favorite book is, I always reply The Secret Garden…then it was Eight Cousins, a lesser known Lousia May Alcott…although I haven’t read it in a million years…I did visit one of her homes a few summers back…where she wrote Little Women…

Thank-you! The hearts are fun to do. I know I linked to the pattern in a previous Yarn Along. I think it came from Ravelry. I don’t make the hearts as often as my go-to dishcloth pattern, just because it takes a bit more thinking and paying attention to the pattern.

They are fun to stick in gifts. I have a couple of friends who I know really like the dishcloths and that’s fun because it’s something I can always add to a gift for them.

Oh, what fun! I’m glad you mentioned that you have the same Bible. I’ve had it for probably close to seven years now and I really like it. I have a couple others I use some, but this one is my favorite.
