My kids prefer meat and potatoes too, but they will eat more casseroles than they used too.

I don’t mind fixing meat and side dishes, but casseroles can often be easier to do ahead and not as much last minute prep.

My kids, unfortunately,are still pretty much against any thing combined. They like their meat and veggies separate.
