Wasn't that rain fantastic! Not enough of it, (short of raining for days, it's not enough) but I'm happy getting any! I'm in Wichita and your sister and I have been chatting today. She told me about your blog and that you were a fellow Kansas girl, so I had to come check you out! Hope you have a lovely evening!!

You guessed it! Matthew put the birdbath on top of the fire pit sometime this summer. It was too hot for a campfire!

Well, it seems to be holding to the pattern we've had all summer. The further north you go from our house the wetter it gets. I'm just so happy to have it try at least!

Praise God for sending the showers. I'm trying to decide if the picture is taken from your downstairs patio door. Did you put a bird bath where the firepit had been? At first I was focused on the bird bath then I looked at the background, then I noticed the patio. That's when it started to look familiar. Like it!
