The strips are GRAND! Changed my life forever. I have one of the leveler/slicers too, but I never felt like I handled it very well. Ha! Another recent tip, I’ve tried and used is to freeze your layers before you ice them. Works great! They don’t crumb.

Brownie mix ROCKS! Want to come over? I have a mix in my cupboard and coffee handily accessible as well. 🙂

I’ve never used the strips but they do look handy. I have a cake separator that handily lops off the top if need be. Totally agree about brownie mix…I have tried several recipes, including ones that claim to be superior to box mix. They lie. There is nothing like a box mix brownie.
