Thanks for the reminder! I first had honey butter in a unique restaurant in northern Michigan years ago. Popovers served with honey butter was their signature dish. I’m really careful about sourcing my honey – have you heard about the widespread adulterated honey problem? If not, be sure to look it up. I like your addition of cinnamon.
