We are dry like many parts of the country! Our farm is small too, but most days we are thankful for the opportunity God has blessed us with! :)

I like taking pics of my man's machinery and he likes to look at my photos.

Thanks for stopping by!

Hi! I'm new here from Lisa Leonard! I'm a farm girl too - but our farm is only 8 acres in Texas! I love the picture of your husband's tractor - all that dust looks like it hasn't rained much where you're at.

Have a great week!

I have a few must-get-done's this week too. Thankfully it's not piles of sewing! ;)

In reply to <a href="https://adelightfulglow.com/hello-mondayjust-stuff/#comment-1790">Mrs. K</a>.

I did make the grilled cheese and used my waffle iron. They were yummy! I had a little that leaked on the edges, but it cleaned up easily. I didn't specifically follow the recipe when I filled them. Also the filling is thicker with the cream cheese in it.

I don't blame you-spending forever cleaning a waffle iron is not high on my list of fun things to do.

These sandwiches would be just fine grilled in a skillet!

Yeah, about that grilled cheese. Oh my goodness. I decided to try to just make regular old grilled cheese on the waffle iron. BIG.GEST MIS.TAKE EVER. I bet I spent no less than 30 minutes cleaning that thing afterwards. The cheese all leaked out so basically you just had waffle bread, none of the children (my 3 plus 2 extras that day) ate them and big mess. I don't even think I'm going to try the other recipe - I've banned anything but waffle mix in the waffle iron :o) It looks delicious though - have you tried it?
