Deborah, I bought the valor blend a few weeks ago and had my husband massage me every night with it. Trust me! It’s like the pain never existed. I used to have some serious back pains from an injury I had in my 20s and had to visit a Chiro frequently. And you know that’s not so convenient all the time. Since I’ve forced my husband to give me a massage everyday lol… I’ve been feeling so much better.

My favorite oils so far are the peppermint and lavender essential oils.

I use essential oils most every day. I’m really wanting to try Valor. I’m so glad I read your post about it!! Lavender is on the top of my list of favorites!
