I was always so grateful that our family didn’t have food allergies!!! 🙂

BUT, like anything in life, you adjust and learn.

And I’m thankful we have doctors to help figure things out and help my man feel better.

Well, that is unfortunate. OTOH, it is good that modern science can isolate this problem so it can be dealt with. I “heart” gluten, too.

Glad you got your wheat out ahead of that storm. Does your family use probiotics. May help with the gluten issue. I use Plexus products and they have a good probiotic.
