I’m the only one in my family that likes it too, I have a few that will eat a token amount but not enough to make a big pan. I typically get lazy and just buy a can of sweet potatoes – they were on sale for $2.00 today at the store. Not as healthy as cooking your own but I figure after you add nearly a whole bag of brown sugar it’s not going to be healthy anyways 😉
