Here’s another book giveaway friends…………and then, I think that’s going to be it for a bit on the books and book giveaways!
This is a cute children’s book with a bit of a legend story about Christmas and giving to the baby Jesus.
This little kitten wants to share a gift with the baby King, just like the other animals have, but what can she give? She doesn’t have the things to offer that the others have given.
But the donkey tells her we all have gifts to give. She mulls this over, hoping to discover what she can give.
I love children’s books!! {Have I said that before???}{Yes!! I have!} 😉 🙂
The illustrations in this book fall in a favorite category of mine. They’re soft and dreamy and yet they have a real-life appeal that pulls me in. There’s a part of me that wishes I could pick up pencils and pens and paintbrushes and make beautiful artwork come alive! Ah well! I’ll enjoy my attempts at a few basic lines now and then and also very much enjoy the beautiful pictures and art that flows from the pens of other artists!
See? So sweet!
Here’s a brief biography for the author and for the illustrator.
