So sad mine died in our super hard winter – will be replanting. Look into getting an antitranspirant to spray them with before it freezes this winter and spray again in late winter – December and February I read one place. Spray when temps are above freezing – helps the plant retain water. They also need frequent watering clear up till winter starts. Covering them when a bad winter storm is coming might help too – haven’t read that anywhere but I may just try it with my next batch. Don’t care for replacing my landscaping every other year!
