It’s Tuesday! AND on this Tuesday, we have some books to look at that Worthy Publishing Group sent me.
And at the bottom of the post, you can enter to win a copy of Children of the World Storybook.
These books are Museum of the Bible Books.
Have you heard about the Museum of the Bible? I had not. You can hop over here to their website. This museum opens this month. I don’t know too much about it apart from the bit I browsed around their website. It sounds intriguing.
Here’s a little excerpt about it ~
“Museum of the Bible is an innovative, global, educational institution whose purpose is to invite all people to engage with the Bible. In 2017, Museum of the Bible, which aims to be the most technologically advanced museum in the world, will open its 430,000-square-foot nonprofit museum just three blocks from the Capitol in Washington, D.C. A digital fly-through of the Museum is viewable here.”
This book is filled with fun and interesting facts and stories from the Bible. The Bible really does contain some amazing stories!
I’m always intrigued with some of the details given in some of the accounts and I equally find myself asking for more details in other stories! 🙂
Each two-page spread in Wild and Wacky Things of the Bible, tells a Bible story and gives the Scripture reference.
Then each page also includes some interesting general details about the subject of the page and has a Did You Know excerpt or Fast Facts or some other question or information. I think the layout is cool.
Quick look inside!
This little book contains fun and fascinating facts in simplified form.
I like this kind of trivia and information.

Depending how choosy you are, there are a few pictures in this book that wouldn’t be my absolute favorite or my pick if I was putting it together.
This little board book tells about the Bible ~ what it is, how it was written and how it gives us stories from the past. It explains that the Bible is a book about God.
It’s not a Bible story book focusing on one Bible story, but instead talks about the Bible itself.
This one is a compilation of stories from the Bible.
I love what they did with the artwork in this book! Each page is drawn children from around the world. You’ll see in the photo below that each drawing is marked with a colored circle giving the name, age and country of the child who drew the picture.
I think it’s such a fun idea!
