So, it’s time to post a few February happenings so I can remember them!
Icicles, snow and cold! February involved these.
Some BIG icicles in some places!
Dad found this one and brought it in for Tucker to see. Quite a sword!
New doorlatch/handle going onto suburban. Not my mechanic’s favorite job ever. It certainly didn’t look fun to me.
Chocolatey, crispy snacks to share at Bible study! Another of our favorite recipes to post someday!
More work in garage and window trim~
Valentine’s Day was part of February, of course!
So, when friends were coming to eat supper in February, we added a few Valentine touches. Hurray to a few hours chatting and relaxing with friends we hadn’t been with for a while.
February brought some coughs and a couple of mornings where I didn’t feel very well. A busy week and busier weekend. Renae helped an aunt at her food stand at a local auction, daytrip with two other families to visit friends, cousins here that we missed seeing because of prior engagements. Disappointing, but hard to make it all happen sometimes.
My mother and niece’s birthdays happen in February! We usually have to celebrate with them from afar, by sending cards and gifts and texts. We’re so glad they’re our family.
Cleanup. Cleanout. And organization around the farm. That’s been happening in February.
Friends coming to stay while there mama was away~guest room curtains to think about-what do I want exactly? ~ cleaning at the drs. office and oil wells to check, same ole, same ole, ~ when slicing bread with a serrated knife, I would not recommend slicing your finger. This happened to me in February. Ouch! ~ Schoolbooks and storytime…we’re heading towards the countdown and spring is gonna come! ~ Still loving my devotional, Jesus Calling, so much! ~
What’s happening in your February?!
